September 9, 2020 Peter Kraus, a founding and managing partner of Waters & Kraus, LLP has been selected to appear on D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas 2020 list under the category of tort and product liability. The distinguished honor is accorded to only the top 4% of the nearly 20,000 attorneys residing in Dallas and Collin counties. Peter has represented numerous clients in matters involving toxic torts, False Claim whistleblower cases and pharmaceutical injury litigation. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, and then went on to the University of Texas where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Though a native of Dallas, Peter’s practice stretches beyond a single state. In addition to Texas, he is licensed by the State Bars of California, Hawaii, Missouri, and Virginia.
