Zachary Cohen is an attorney at Waters Kraus & Paul in the firm’s Los Angeles office and he is a California native. Zac’s practice concentrates on toxic tort litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and product liability cases. Zac is dedicated to representing victims of mesothelioma caused by asbestos exposure as well as people who have been diagnosed with leukemia linked to benzene. He also represents families dealing with birth defects resulting from chemical exposures in the semiconductor industry and pesticide contamination in the field of commercial agriculture. Zac earned his bachelor’s degree at Fordham University and he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, where he was a Gary Paul Scholarship recipient. While in law school, Zac was a participant and team leader in the Prime Time Mock Trial for Emerson Middle School and he served as editor of the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review. Zac is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California.
