Taryn E. Ourso

Taryn Ourso is an attorney at Waters Kraus & Paul in the firm’s Dallas office. Taryn focuses her practice on qui tam whistleblower litigation and False Claims Act cases. She represents whistleblowers who have uncovered fraudulent claims against the government and public programs. Taryn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from UNT Dallas College of Law where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school, Taryn served as the junior editor and managing editor of the school’s publication, On the Cusp, and as a teaching fellow, she taught legal writing. Taryn is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and Taxpayers Against Fraud. Taryn is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas.
