Rajeev Mittal is a Partner at Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel in the firm’s Los Angeles Office. Rajeev’s practice concentrates on toxic tort litigation, personal injury, premises liability, product liability cases, and qui tam litigation. Rajeev is dedicated to representing people who have been catastrophically injured by asbestos and benzene exposures. He also represents whistleblowers who have uncovered fraud against the government. Rajeev earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in psychology from Rutgers University. He was awarded his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. While in law school, Rajeev was selected to the Order of the Coif, received American Jurisprudence Award, and participated in the Hale Moot Court. Rajeev is a member of the American Association for Justice and the State Bar of California. He is a New Jersey native and is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California.
