Kyle Tracy is an attorney at Waters Kraus & Paul in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Kyle focuses his practice on asbestos and talc litigation. He has a special interest in representing victims of mesothelioma resulting from exposure to asbestos-containing talcum powder products. Kyle is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer, serving as the principal trial attorney in 27 trials on behalf of his clients and 34 trials overall. Notably, he participated on the trial team for the first-ever talcum powder verdict against Colgate-Palmolive, and he served on the trial team that obtained the highest asbestos verdict at the time in Washington State.
Kyle received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, graduating cum laude. Kyle was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he was an accomplished and decorated student.
Kyle is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Italian American Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California.
