– DALLAS – Two Waters Kraus & Paul Attorneys Recognized Among State’s Young Up-And-Coming Lawyers.
Waters Kraus & Paul partner Gibbs Henderson and attorney Patrick Wigle have been selected for inclusion on the Texas Rising Stars list. The list will be featured in the April 2016 issue of Texas Super Lawyers magazine – Rising Stars Edition published by Thomson Reuters. It will also appear in the April 2016 issue of Texas Monthly magazine. According to the Super Lawyers rating service, Mr. Henderson and Mr. Wigle have been bestowed the honor for exhibiting excellence in the practice of law.
Selections are made annually on a state-by-state basis. Honorees are identified through a rigorous multiphase selection process and evaluated on peer recognition and professional achievement. The final list is grouped by practice area. Mr. Henderson and Mr. Wigle have been recognized on the Texas Rising Stars list for their practice representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases. The distinction is reserved for the top 2.5 percent of attorneys practicing in the state of Texas who are 40 years old or younger and who have been practicing for less than 10 years.
Gibbs Henderson, a native of Huntsville, Texas, is a partner at Waters Kraus & Paul. He focuses his practice on asbestos litigation, product liability, toxic torts, and personal injury cases. Mr. Henderson has successfully tried a defective hip implant case and an asbestos-exposure case to verdicts in favor of his clients. Mr. Henderson has been recognized for inclusion on the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list on three separate occasions: 2008, 2010, and 2016.
Patrick Wigle, an associate attorney at the firm, concentrates his practice on representing plaintiffs involved in product liability and toxic tort cases. His work includes helping people who have been injured by asbestos exposure seek recovery through the legal process. Mr. Wigle is also active in the community and serves as a board member for the Texas Youth Scholarship Organization. He has been selected for recognition on the Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the past four consecutive years: 2013 to 2016.
