Michelle Whitman is a partner at Waters & Kraus, LLP, in the firm’s Dallas office. A native of Laredo, Texas, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of law in Coral Gables, Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas State Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Michelle was admitted to the Texas state bar in 2001 and has thrice been recognized in — 2007, 2008 and again in 2010 — on the list of Texas Rising Stars®, published by Thomson Reuters, Legal.
