C. Andrew Waters
Founding Partner
Andy Waters is a founding partner of Waters & Kraus, LLP. He has litigated civil matters for nearly 25 years, first as a defense attorney, and since 1991, on behalf of injured plaintiffs. His experience includes litigation of personal injury cases, particularly in the areas of toxic tort, where he has won numerous individual verdicts. Born in Washington, D.C., Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas, where he has taught as an adjunct professor. Andy now teaches at Loyla Law School in Los Angeles, California. He has been admitted to practice law in Texas, California, North Carolina and the District of Columbia. Andy has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers® list from — 2004 to 2009 — published by Thomson Reuters, Legal. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice.
