Kevin Oliver is of counsel at Waters & Kraus, LLP, in the firm’s Dallas office. Kevin is a graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees. Kevin has a special interest in personal injury and civil trial. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1988 and was certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law in 2000, as well as certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial specialist in 2003. Recognized on the list of Best Lawyers under 40 by D Magazine, published by D Magazine Partners, and named on the Texas Super Lawyers® list, published by Law & Politics Magazine, Kevin is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
