Scott Kruka is a partner at Waters & Kraus, LLP. His experience includes litigation of asbestos, personal injury cases and wrongful death suits. A native of Syracuse, New York, Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in Houston, Texas. Admitted to the Texas bar in 1987, Scott has also served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
