Jonathan A. George

Of Counsel

Jonathan George serves as of counsel to Waters & Kraus, LLP. Since 1985, Jonathan has focused his practice on toxic tort litigation. He is licensed by the State Bars of Virginia, Texas, and California. He is also certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Jonathan was awarded both a Juris Doctor degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and National Moot Court Team. Following graduation,  he served as pro se law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He also clerked at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Norfolk, Virginia. Jonathan has been recognized for his pro bono  work on behalf of Eastern Virginia Legal Services, and served on the Board of Governors of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association from 2000 to 2005. He is a frequent invited speaker for various professional organizations and continuing education seminars.
