Julie L. Celum

Julie Celum is an attorney at Waters & Kraus, LLP, in the firm’s Dallas office. A native of Austin, Texas, Julie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi. She was awarded a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Julie also attended Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. Julie was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2001 and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney. Julie has been recognized on the list of Texas Rising Stars®, published by Thomson Reuters, Legal, in 2005, 2008, 2009, and 2010. A member of the American Association for Justice, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association. In addition to practicing in courts throughout the country, Julie also provides pro bono services as a participant with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.
